This is where our refund policy comes in: All images on the site appear under both studio and natural lighting wherever possible to reflect the true appearance of the products. Detailed descriptions and technical specifications are available to assist you in making your purchase decision. If at any point you are unsure of your selection, please contact us for assistance before completing your order.
If the item that you have received is damaged or defective - please report this to us as soon as possible within the 15-day period following receipt.
We do not accept any returns other than damage to your order as everything on our site is made to order.
